We have received reports from customers using the basic plan (small rooms, standard rooms) and custom server plan that in specific environments, "the screen turns completely white and becomes unviewable when entering a room or sharing the screen."

We have confirmed that this issue occurs in the following environments:

• Google Chrome (128.0.6613.85, etc.) on Windows/Mac
• Microsoft Edge (128.0.2739.42, etc.) on Windows/Mac
• Google Chrome (128.0.6613.99, etc.) on Android

(This issue has not been confirmed on FireFox or iOS)

Cause

• It is believed to be due to a bug in the browser engine.

Solution

• Update to the latest version
  • We have confirmed that updating Google Chrome to the latest version resolves the issue on both Windows and Mac (as of 8/29).
• Try using a different browser that does not have this issue, such as FireFox
  • Although it is not a recommended environment for Android, we have confirmed that it can be viewed on FireFox.

• You can now change the skybox (360-degree) image outside the window.

To use the updated scenes, you need to reselect the scene from the management screen or the VR space UI.

Also, if the scene is changed, the skybox (360-degree) image of the scene may be changed to another image.
You can set the default skybox image of the scene by pressing "Reset to Default" below.

To maintain and improve our service, we will be changing our pricing structure.
The new pricing structure will apply to new and additional contracts after the migration work scheduled below.

■ Previous Pricing Structure
(The continuation fee for contracts made before the new pricing structure will remain the same.)

• Basic Plan: Monthly fee of 10,000 yen + tax
  ※ Up to 25 simultaneous connections per space

• Dedicated Server Plan: Initial fee of 500,000 yen + monthly fee of 100,000 yen + tax
  ※ Up to 250 simultaneous connections overall (25 simultaneous connections per space)

• Large Group Plan: Initial fee of 500,000 yen + monthly fee of 100,000 yen + tax
  ※ 100 to 1000 simultaneous connections (100 to 1000 simultaneous connections per space)

On February 13, 2024, Mozilla announced the "discontinuation of paid subscription services and demo servers for Mozilla Hubs". However, the "Metaverse® CYZY SPACE" provided by Metabirds Co., Ltd. will continue to be available for your use.

■ Migration from Mozilla Hubs

We will support the migration from Mozilla Hubs to CYZY SPACE. By migrating to CYZY SPACE, you can use additional features unique to CYZY SPACE in addition to the functions of Mozilla Hubs.

  However, if the URLs of images and videos used within the space refer to Mozilla Hubs servers, there may be link errors after May 31, 2024.
  In this case, you will need to upload the files to SPOKE and re-link them.
