【Completed】 VR Space System Upgrade on March 4

Thank you for using CYZY SPACE.
We will be upgrading the servers for basic plan customers (cyzy.io) as follows.

Target Servers​

Implementation Date​

March 4, 2024, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
→ Completed at 3:00 PM

The implementation may be extended or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please be aware of this in advance.

Expected Impact​

During the work, it is expected that you will still be able to view the space, but there may be temporary connectivity issues.
Also, any changes made during the work will not be carried over after the new server migration.

It is recommended not to make any changes around the implementation date,
for about one day before and after to avoid any instability.

Changes​

  • Migration to the new version (Community Edition) of the VR space server (Hubs cloud)
  • Minimal UI changes are expected
  • The URL shortening mechanism will be discontinued
  • Current URLs and settings will remain usable after the migration
