New Pricing Structure from June 2024​

Thank you for using the "Metaverse® CYZY SPACE" service.

To maintain and improve our service, we will be changing our pricing structure.
The new pricing structure will apply to new and additional contracts after the migration work scheduled below.

■ Previous Pricing Structure
(The continuation fee for contracts made before the new pricing structure will remain the same.)

• Basic Plan: Monthly fee of 10,000 yen + tax
  ※ Up to 25 simultaneous connections per space

• Dedicated Server Plan: Initial fee of 500,000 yen + monthly fee of 100,000 yen + tax
  ※ Up to 250 simultaneous connections overall (25 simultaneous connections per space)

• Large Group Plan: Initial fee of 500,000 yen + monthly fee of 100,000 yen + tax
  ※ 100 to 1000 simultaneous connections (100 to 1000 simultaneous connections per space)
  ※ 100,000 yen per month for every 100 simultaneous connections

■ New Pricing Structure
(This applies only to new and additional contracts.)

(Basic Fees)

• Small Room: Monthly fee of 10,000 yen per space + tax
  ※ Up to 10 simultaneous connections per space

• Standard Room: Monthly fee of 25,000 yen per space + tax
  ※ Up to 25 simultaneous connections per space

(Multiple Pack Fees)

• Standard Room 3-Pack: Monthly fee of 60,000 yen for 3 spaces + tax
  ※ Up to 75 simultaneous connections overall (25 simultaneous connections per space)

• Standard Room 5-Pack: Monthly fee of 90,000 yen for 5 spaces + tax
  ※ Up to 125 simultaneous connections overall (25 simultaneous connections per space)

• Standard Room 10-Pack: Monthly fee of 150,000 yen for 10 spaces + tax
  ※ Up to 250 simultaneous connections overall (25 simultaneous connections per space)

(Dedicated Server Fees)

• Dedicated Server Plan: Initial fee of 500,000 yen + monthly fee of 150,000 yen + tax
  ※ Up to 250 simultaneous connections overall (25 simultaneous connections per space)
  ※ Includes "Standard Room x 10 spaces".
  ※ Alternatively, "Small Room x 15 spaces" can be selected.

• Large Group Plan: Initial fee of 500,000 yen + monthly fee of 150,000 yen + tax
  ※ 100 to 1000 simultaneous connections (100 to 1000 simultaneous connections per space)
  ※ 150,000 yen per month for every 100 simultaneous connections

The new pricing structure applies only to new and additional contracts.

Notice Regarding the Discontinuation of Mozilla Hubs Server Provision​

For Those Considering Migrating from Mozilla Hubs to Other Services

Thank you for using the "Metaverse® CYZY SPACE" service.

On February 13, 2024, Mozilla announced the "discontinuation of paid subscription services and demo servers for Mozilla Hubs". However, the "Metaverse® CYZY SPACE" provided by Metabirds Co., Ltd. will continue to be available for your use.

We would like to inform you about the migration of Mozilla Hubs data to CYZY SPACE as follows.

■ Migration from Mozilla Hubs

We will support the migration from Mozilla Hubs to CYZY SPACE. By migrating to CYZY SPACE, you can use additional features unique to CYZY SPACE in addition to the functions of Mozilla Hubs.

• Obtaining statistical information
  
• Easy posting of images, etc., without using SPOKE or pinning within the space through the "Easy Management Screen"
  
• Use of rich menu functions and text link menu functions
  
• Use of avatar bots (AI concierge) function (optional)
  
• Use of custom domains (dedicated server plan)

■ CYZY SPACE Pricing

• Basic Plan: Initial fee free + monthly fee of 10,000 yen + tax per room

• Dedicated Server Plan: Initial fee of 500,000 yen + monthly fee of 100,000 yen + tax for 10 rooms

■ Migration from Mozilla Hubs

• If you contract the Basic Plan
  The CYZY SPACE operations office will manually import the data into the space (paid service).

• If you contract the Dedicated Server Plan
  In addition to the import by the CYZY SPACE operations office (paid service), you can also use the Spoke tool to import the data yourself (free service).
  However, if the URLs of images and videos used within the space refer to Mozilla Hubs servers, there may be link errors after May 31, 2024.
  In this case, you will need to upload the files to SPOKE and re-link them.

■ Migration Fees from Mozilla Hubs (Work by CYZY SPACE Operations Office)

• 300,000 yen + tax → Currently running a campaign (see below)
  Up to 10 avatar data
  Up to 5 scenes in spoke format or blender format
  Up to 5 files of 10MB each for the Basic Plan. Up to 1000MB in total for the Dedicated Server Plan
  ※ Please contact us if you have more data.

■ Migration Campaign

• The migration fee will be free until June 30, 2024, for those who meet one of the following conditions.
  
  1. Contract 5 rooms of the CYZY SPACE Basic Plan for 6 months or more
     
  2. Contract the CYZY SPACE Dedicated Server Plan
