Recommended Usage Environment

  • CYZY SPACE recommends the following usage environments.

Smartphones and standalone VR headsets have lower capabilities, so spaces (rooms) with many images or videos, or with many participants, may fail to load. (As a guideline, up to about 10 people per room)

In such cases, consider closing other apps to utilize the device's memory and capabilities, or using a PC.

Windows​

  • Browser: Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Mozilla Firefox
  • CPU: Intel® Core™ i5 or higher / AMD Ryzen™ 5 or higher
  • GPU: Intel HD Graphics 530 or higher
  • Memory: 8GB or more

Mac OS​

  • Browser: Google Chrome / Safari / Mozilla Firefox
  • CPU: Intel® Core™ i5 or higher
  • GPU: Intel HD Graphics 530 or higher
  • Memory: 8GB or more

Android​

  • Browser: Google Chrome
  • CPU: Snapdragon 845 or higher
  • OS: Latest version of Android

If a firewall or security software is running within the company, you may not be able to connect.

In that case, please check the following information with your network administrator or PC administrator.

Port Information​

  • Required ports: 80, 443 on UDP and TCP via TLS.

  • Ports required for voice and video calls: 5349 on TCP (only open for *.cyzy.io and *.【custom domain】)

  • Other ports used: 8443, 19302, 35000-60000 on UDP and TCP. (only open for *.cyzy.io / *.【custom domain】)

    *If the number of open ports is small, it may affect communication speed and server load. It can be enhanced for a fee, so please contact us for details.

To Reduce Load on the Device​

  • Close as many applications and software as possible
  • Reduce the number of tabs open in the browser
  • Go to [Menu] → [Settings] → [Others] tab → Set "Material Quality" to LOW
